Founded on the scenic Fox River in Elgin, Illinois, Fox Valley Ortho Lab began with an unwavering commitment to crafting superior orthodontic appliances. Our dedication to excellence quickly earned the trust of Greater Chicago’s leading practices, establishing us as the region’s premier orthodontic laboratory through word-of-mouth referrals alone.
Our reputation for precision and reliability attracted international attention, leading to an exclusive partnership with a global orthodontic group including Triodent, CFast, Orthoquest and Nexadental. As the sole North American provider of orthodontic appliances for this innovative network, we collaborated with manufacturers, trainers, and dental practices helping general dentists successfully integrate cosmetic orthodontics and minor tooth movement into their practices.
Choosing quality over quantity and personal relationships over corporate growth we made a strategic decision to return to our roots. In 2020, we relocated to beautiful Sarasota, Florida, bringing our Midwest work ethic and over two decades of expertise to serve a select network of practices who value craftsmanship and personalized service.
